Template Instructions

Required text field.

Item Code AUTO

Do not include in file. The system will auto-generate strict sequential codes (e.g. INV-00001) automatically.

Category AUTO

If the category does not exist, the system will automatically create it for you.

Type *

Must be exactly "asset" or "consumable" (lowercase).

Unit *

Use standard units like Pcs, Box, Kg, Ltr, Mtr, etc.

Opening Stock

Optional integer. Will initialize stock and log a transaction.
